Service Description
Welcome to Personalized Weekly Yoga at Body Mechanic of Louisville! In these intimate 1:1 sessions, you’ll practice alongside up to two others, with every class uniquely tailored to how your body and mind are feeling—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Led by Kati Baki, an expert yogi trained in five different styles, each session promises a new experience that supports your holistic wellness journey. Discover the perfect blend of personal attention and community energy! Cost is dependent on total number of participants (one will always be Michael, so up to two open spots per week). For two participants, the per session cost is $75 each; for three participants, the per session cost is $60 each. Payment is due to Kati directly at the time of service, and can be made via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash or Check. New to yoga? Limited range of motion? Wanting to improve your overall physical health? Cancellation Policy
• I agree prior to treatment to provide accurate and complete information regarding my health history, including any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or relevant issues. • I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical status that may affect the treatment or its outcomes. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so. • I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions or contraindications that would prevent me from receiving treatments or services. If I have any concerns or doubts about my suitability for any treatment or service, I will consult with my healthcare provider before proceeding with the treatment. • I give my consent to Michael V. Neumann, d/b/a the Body Mechanic, LLC, to perform massage therapy and other complimentary health treatments on me. • I understand that the therapist will use professional techniques and will adapt the treatment based on my needs, preferences, and any specific conditions or concerns discussed before the session. • I hereby release and discharge Michael V. Neumann, the Body Mechanic, LLC and any associated employees or representatives from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with treatments, except for cases of negligence or intentional misconduct. • I assume full responsibility for my own health and well-being before, during, and after treatment. • I understand and agree that the appointment time I have booked with the therapist is 'scheduled' time, and as such, the therapist is under no obligation to extend my appointment beyond the scheduled window should I be running late. • I understand that payment for service is due at the time of service. • I agree to notify the therapist at least 24 hours in advance should I need to cancel or move my appointment, and that failure to do so my result in an additional charge of $50, payable within 24 hours of the original appointment time and that failure to pay the fee within said 24 hour window will result in a late fee of no less than $5 per day the outstanding amount due remains unpaid.
