Service Description
Feeling out of balance? Anxious? Stressed? Take time to re-center yourself through this one hour, in-person small group (8 people) healing meditation, in which participants will be guided through a meditative visualization and specific breathing exercises designed to bring focus in a candle-lit, serene room free of distractions. Crystal singing bowls, individualized Reiki, essential oils, and other tools will then be used to help rebalance your chakras and aid in healing and self actualization. This is a perfect time to relax, refresh and restore yourself. Participants will be seated on the floor for the entire hour, and should bring a mat or something comfortable to sit on. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
