Service Description
This package combines a classic table massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation with traditional Chinese reflexology. Choose from a 90, 120 or 150 minute session, where you and your therapist will discuss in advance how much time will be designated to table vs. reflexology (generally no less than 30 minutes for reflexology).
Cancellation Policy
By booking this service, you understand and agree to the following: • Massage therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues, using various techniques such as stroking, kneading, stretching, and applying pressure. • Any number of methods may be used to help achieve your treatment goals, including the use of hot/cold therapy, cupping and reflexology and acknowledge it is your responsibility to inform the therapist if you do not wish to have any of these methods used. • There may be certain risks associated with massage therapy, including but not limited to temporary discomfort, bruising, allergic reactions to oils or lotions, and the aggravation of existing injuries or conditions. You accept these risks and will inform the massage therapist if you experience any adverse effects during or after the treatment. You will not hold the therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort experienced during or after the session. • The therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness, however, you also understand that you may experience some skeletal changes as a result of the therapist alleviating tension on the soft tissue affecting the bone. • You give consent to Michael V. Neumann, d/b/a the Body Mechanic, LLC, to perform massage therapy treatments. You understand that the massage therapist will use professional techniques and will adapt the treatment based on your needs, preferences, and any specific conditions or concerns discussed before the session. • You agree to provide an accurate and complete health history, including any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or allergies that may be relevant to the massage or products being used and that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should you forget to do so. • The appointment time you have booked is 'scheduled' time, and as such, the therapist is under no obligation to extend the appointment beyond the scheduled window should you be running late. • Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance my result in an additional charge of $50, payable within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Failure to pay the fee within said 24 hour window will result in a late fee of no less than $5 per day the outstanding amount due remains unpaid.
